Job Description

The responsibilities associated with the Project Manager role/function include the following:
• Develop and manage detailed project plans for training initiatives.
• Provide support to project and program leaders to drive execution of project plans.
• Ensure the identification and tracking of both implementation and realization indicators and metrics
• Interface with vendors, as necessary.
• Provide support for entering project updates into the MMD L&D portfolio management tool (QuickBase)
• Assist in budget development, forecasting, tracking and monitoring (spending analysis) for individual projects, as well as the overall MMD L&D Portfolio, including entering financial forecasts into QuickBase.
• Assist in ensuring learning programs maintain process integrity and intent
• Develop and manage project communications, MMD L&D communications, agendas, PPT presentations, and material generation
• Help to develop and maintain executive-level PowerPoint presentations that effectively “tell a story” with data and program information

Job Requirements

• Experience in the areas of Learning and Development (preferred)
• Familiar with pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong Project Management skills
• Ability to be strategic, tactical, and operational in thinking
• Budget management experience (preferred)
• Risk identification
• Change Management
• Vendor Management
• Technical skills to include MS Project, Excel, and PPT (creative and visual)
