Job Requirements

Must Have’s:
• 2 years minimum technical experience (phones, desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, etc.)
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong phone support experience
• Strong computer skills within a MSWindows environment
• Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• HS Diploma or GED
• Desire to learn and advance career quickly
• Passion/interest in gaming, working with gamers, and gaming computers

Nice to Have:
• Experience providing online chat support to customers
• Bachelor’s degree OR Associates
