Job Description

• Generate Standard Non-custom equipment and services proposals as described and outlined by the Sales representative.
• Process sales requests to expedite customer orders in an inside sales capacity
• Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Providing data and guides to help the sales team
• Developing and monitoring performance indicators
• Assist sales with the Initiation To Order (ITO) process
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Provide data and guides to help the sales team
• Develop and monitor performance indicators
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
• Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Support outside sales team to ensure quick customer response
• Suggest sales process improvements

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales support associate
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel is a must
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and data management is a plus
• Good customer care skills
• Good written and verbal English
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
