Job Description

• Responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the execution of projects from initial design through incorporation.
• The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects and/or projects meet/exceed specifications, quality, schedule, cost, VOC, and other deliverables.
• The Project Manager will ensure the IR project deployment process (IRPDP) is strictly adhered to by all members of the project team.

Job Requirements

Education/ Experience:
• Bachelor degree in an IT-related discipline preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 12+ years’ experience managing projects Skills and Competencies.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
• Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics
• Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications, MS Project and/or Visio.
• Highly organized with good time management skills.
• Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:
• Leads and manages project teams through start of Production on assigned projects/Projects.
• Ensures that the project meets/exceeds all objectives.
• Coordinates development and updates of financial documentation (Business Case, etc) for assigned projects. Capture and track program metrics and perform analysis.
• Refine plans and manage performance against them.
• Creates and manages project schedules ensuring appropriate feedback and buy-in from all functional groups; including Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Planning, et
• Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them.
• Facilitates communication and interaction among the functional members of the team, resolves conflicts among team members, and coaches team members to peak performance. Initiates appropriate corrective action to ensure team performance.
• Proactively assesses project issues and facilitates mitigation plan to ensure project success. Reports on potential issues/risks and mitigation plans to senior management as required.
• Develops material and presents status updates to various levels of management including Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Proactively develops and implements recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
• Manage project closure initiatives, such as client satisfaction survey and closure analysis
• Document and archive project activities, deliverables, tools and findings for future projects.
