Duration 12 Months (Possibility of extension)

Job Summary:
• This position will have responsibility for managing and directing a team to support the Targeted Underground Program as part of the Grid Improvement investments.
• The PM will be responsible to coordinate all activities to execute assigned scopes of work and will require coordination with 1DF (1 Distribution Force).
• These projects require significant customer facing interactions.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Reviews, evaluates and formulates project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Organizes and guides project execution through the use of methodologies accepted by the industry.
• Evaluates status and reports progress in terms of quality and performance metrics common to Grid Solutions projects.
• Works with the Public engagement specialist, technical designer, and Land agent roles to effectively engage customer and the public regarding the project
• Collaborates with Customer Delivery resource management, E&TCR, and Contract Operations teams to ensure coordination and effective execution of the project.

Job Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Electric Distribution Experience
• Proficiency in MS Project Server 2010, MS Office and Visio.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, human relations and communications skills to work effectively with customers, peers, direct reports and management.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately using oral and written communications.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills to foster effective working relationships with the team and customers.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to establish and maintain a motivated and productive project team.
• Previous Utility Experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Agile Project Delivery Approach / Scrum Coach / Scrum Master experience.
• Demonstrated effective project management skills especially planning and directing work efforts, and motivating teammates.

Working Conditions:
• Available for travel and to support after hours events
• Frequent travel to construction sites to meet with crews and customers
• Available to serve on an “on-call” basis

Basic/Required Qualifications:
• 4 year degree – Business, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, technical, or equivalent OR 9 years of work related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Five or more years of related work experience
