Job Description

The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage all work related to achieving high data quality research projects. Top Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing and managing the end to end process of projects 2. Communicating with vendors to ensure project progress 3. Tracking and providing project updates Additional Responsibilities: • Providing weekly status updates on metrics • Able to work independently with confidence and little oversight • Comfortable with new technology and quick iterations • Able to collaborate with international vendor teams • Evaluating project quality and testing new methods of data collection for higher throughput • Working with vendors for high volume and quality throughput Required Qualifications: • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Organized with attention to detail • BS/BA Business Administration, no specific discipline needed or equivalent 5 years of work experience in lieu of degree. • 2-3 years of experience Project management and people management experience, including managing external resources. Desired: • Proficiency with SQL, Python, and some programming language • Previous experience working in a Linux environment • Google spreadsheets

Job Requirements
