Job Description

Serves as the initial contact for pilot applicants throughout the hiring process. Provides administrative and flight operational support to pilot candidates, trainees, along with the Pilot Hiring Department staff. Participates in the development, implementation, and oversight of our pilot application, interview scheduling and hiring process.
• Provides a high level of customer service to pilot applicants through greeting and assistance with interview paperwork and document review
• Electronic maintenance of pilot applicant files through AirlineApps and SharePoint
• Processes Hogan job fit assessment results and generates follow up correspondence
• Creates and maintains weekly/monthly schedules for Pilot Hiring interviewers and pilot candidates
• Daily prepares interview files for pilot candidates
• Extends conditional job offers
• Corresponds with pilot pool candidates regarding legal documents, new hire paperwork, PRIA forms, job offer letters, and drug screening
• Enters government and flying documents for new hire pilots in the Pilot Records system
• Compiles flight summaries for new hires and distributes to each fleet
• Inputs bid award transfers in Manager’s Toolbox for all new hire and returning pilots
• Prepares data reports on hiring statistics

Job Requirements

Working knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe, Pilot Records, CCS, Shares(travel reservation system), and Drug Abatement systems
• Problem solving and decision making required in an ever changing work environment
• Ability to work seamlessly with other Departments as new hires transition through the hiring process and training
