Job Description

Responsibilities: Fleet Management Administrator will be responsible for managing lease vehicles, maintaining vehicle preventive maintenance/work requests for repairs and DMV registrations, managing drivers and MVR’s, managing of company auto insurance policies and claims. Requirements: • 5 years working experience in a similar role or 4 year degree in BS or BA • A 3rd level fleet management certification will be a plus • Excellent and effective communication skills • Good analytical and coordinating abilities • Knowledge of relevant state laws on insurance, especially auto-insurance • Ability to work as part of a team • Must be able to manage time effectively and also meet/beat deadlines • Ability to multitask effectively • Bilingual English and Korean Mandatory Skills: • Also, manage AAA Membership Benefits for qualified drivers. Assisting with road side assistance requests as needed. • Proficient with computer software programs including Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) • Some domestic and business air travel to our Regional Offices
