Job Description

• Manage group fax boxes and email boxes within Outlook. Review each document and determine next steps
• Receive incoming mail for the department and distribute to the appropriate person
• Perform customer support and account maintenance
• Answer questions and handle requests from dealers, customers, and internal staff
• Enter and gather credit data and financial information
• Complete Credit References
• Prepare modification form documentation to notify the dealer and the customer of any changes made to the original contract

Job Requirements

• Experience with MSOffice
• Clerical work experience
• Ability to read and understand financial documents
• Strong attention to detail, excellent telephone skills, and service quality
• Demonstrated ability to multiple-task with multiple products, systems, and processes
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals such as debits and credits
