Job Description

As a Global Campaign Manager on the Account Management team you will be an integral member of an account team that handles campaign production for our small- to medium-tier accounts and provide support for our Global Account Management team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with Sales, Clients and other team members for campaign creative and production strategy.

• Execute campaign strategy and oversee production for small - to medium-tier clients accounts in your assigned region.

• Communicate creative specifications, provide clear timelines and set appropriate expectations to ensure the successful launch of advertising campaigns.

• Support the global account management team with campaign specific and functional tasks including, but not limited to creative production, troubleshooting, IO revisions, campaign reporting and billing.

• Coordinate inventory reservation requests and creative scheduling activities with technical ad operations team.

• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs established for the team, ensuring consistent delivery against quality and productivity standards.

• Actively participate in projects to improve operational efficiency.

• Meet tight deadlines and target for zero errors in campaign delivery.

ABOUT YOU:
• Bachelors and/or 1-2 years previous experience including campaign/partnership management.

• Proven ability to work independently and the ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to set expectations.

• A love of meeting – and beating – deadlines.

• Strong organization skills: attention to detail, diligence and follow-through, creative problem solver, effective time manager.

• Close collaboration and cross-functional coordination is a key for success.

• Ability to excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
