Job Description

This is a great opportunity to get some valuable customer service experience with a Health Care Client in Dayton, OH. Main function of this role is customer service in a call center Environment but will also be responsible for the below.

• Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
