A Job Opportunity with a Banking/ Financial Client for the position of Administrative Assistant – Buckhead, GA

Hiring manager is seeking a Bi-lingual (Japanese and English) Administrative Assistant.

Job Description:
• Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the office, managers and senior staff to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization including updating and filing documents, memos, letters and forms
• Answers phone calls and takes messages; schedules meetings, books conference rooms, arrange business travel and process reimbursement, makes appointments, process invoice and make payment, prepare, edit and assemble presentation materials/agenda, maintain manager's calendar, greet incoming visitors
• Arrange business and professional lunches, dinners, entertainments and corporate events, ordering business cards, office supplies, flowers, gifts to customers
• Performs other duties as assigned by managers or senior staff.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:
• Intermediate level of computer skills with knowledge of Outlook/Word/Excel.
• Follows well defined procedures and practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented and flexible.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Education/ Experience:
• Require Associate degree with 5+ years of administrative assistant experience in the mid or large size organization.
• Experience in financial service is a plus.
