Job Description

A Finance Assistant to support our day-to-day transactions. Responsibilities may include processing payments, maintaining cost reports, managing invoices and supporting annual audits. Responsibilities: • Support annual audit activity • Update financial spreadsheets • Track and reconcile bank statements • Create cost analysis reports • Support monthly payroll • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed • Provide administrative support during budget preparation • Ad-hoc projects and tasks Requirements: • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures • Advanced Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions) • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Oracle) • Organizational and time-management skills • Attention to detail • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics • Min. Years Exp. Required: 5 - 10
