Title: Developer Support Specialist II

Position Description:

  • The Technical Workflow Specialist will work with the Tech Users and Products team to build, debug, and continually maintain Author-able Workflows (complex logical troubleshooters used by internal call center agents and external end-users).
  • Technical Workflow Specialists will utilize a set of internal tools to build and test workflows, prioritize projects, and communicate progress.



  • Architect, using internal Clients tools, smart troubleshooters that utilize product and user API signals to deliver a tailored solutions to customers
  • Test each individual workflow, and that of colleagues, to ensure output quality matches standards as defined in our quality scorecard
  • Communicate status updates for each workflow project (on schedule, at risk, blocked, etc)
  • Document all changes to workflows both at the workflow level and in our internal bug tracking tool




  • 5 years of programming/engineering experience in any technology support or related work environment w/ ability to learn quickly, especially complex logic, API interfaces, etc in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; incredibly strong attention to detail
  • Highly proficient/adept w/ common programming or scripting languages (eg, Python, Java, Javascript, AppScript) -- not looking for an engineer or full-stack developer, but someone with strong programming experience
  • CRM/CM experience a plus



  • Bachelor's of Science degree in computer science or human-computer interaction
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on multiple internal configuration tools at once
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
